Do you accept returns?

Because each piece I create is a one-of-a-kind, handmade original, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure you love your chosen artwork before placing your order.

That said, I truly value my collectors and want you to be happy with your purchase. In the rare event of an issue outside of our control (such as damage during shipping), I handle situations on a case-by-case basis to make things right.

How long does it take to ship my paintings?

All paintings listed on my site are cured and ready to ship (unless otherwise noted) and will be dispatched within 5–10 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, I only ship within the 48 contiguous United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but I hope to offer it in the future.

Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, I am not accepting custom orders. However, I may offer this option in the future.

How do I clean and care for my artwork?

My 3D textured acrylic pieces are durable and easy to maintain:

Dusting: To preserve the beauty of your artwork, gently remove dust and debris from textured areas using a soft-bristled paintbrush or compressed air. A larger brush works well for broad surfaces, while a smaller brush is ideal for reaching intricate details. Regular gentle dusting will help maintain the vibrancy and integrity of your piece.

Cleaning: Gently wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth using clean water. Avoid using household cleaners containing alcohol or ammonia, as they can damage the paint.
